No, you don’t need to make any advance payments. You only pay after the lessons have been conducted.

We will then match you with tutors from our database and provide you with their experiences and backgrounds. You can ask any questions before making your final decision. Once confirmed, we will send you all the lesson details and payment information via email.
Tutors set their own rates based on their qualifications, experience, and other factors. However, our education consultants ensure that all rates are fair and align with market standards.
No, there are no contracts or obligations until you decide to engage one of our tutors. Once you confirm an assignment, we will provide guidelines to ensure a smooth experience for both you and the tutor.
You can pay via bank transfer, PayNow, or cheque. Once your lessons are confirmed, we’ll send you an official invoice with all the payment details. Make sure to keep your bank receipt as proof of payment, and let us know once you’ve made the transfer for verification. Do note that all payments for the tuition fees are to be made to TEC directly.
Tuition costs can range from $30/hr to $160/hr, depending on the level, subject, and the tutor’s expertise. Our rates are competitive and align with current market prices.
Absolutely! If you are not happy with your tutor, simply inform your education consultant. We will arrange a replacement that better suits your needs, because your satisfaction and the student’s well-being are our priority.
If you find that the tutor isn’t suitable after the first few lessons, just let your education consultant know. You’ll only need to pay for the lessons that were conducted. We will work with you to find a better match as quickly as possible.
No, our services are completely free for you. There is no agency fees involved.
